Terms and Conditions 365 Home Services
365 Home Services provides general contracting services, including construction, remodeling, repairs, and other related services. Specific details of the project, including scope, timeline, and costs, will be outlined in a written agreement ("Project Contract") before the start of any work.
Any estimates or proposals provided by 365 Home Services are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise specified.
Final costs may vary based on changes in scope, materials, or unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated and approved in advance by the Client.
Payment terms will be specified in the Project Contract. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work.
Final payment is due upon project completion and approval by the Client.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as outlined in the Project Contract.
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in a "Change Order" and approved by both the Client and the Company.
Changes may result in additional costs and adjustments to the project timeline.
The Company will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed timeline. However, delays due to weather, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur, and the timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
The Client will be informed of any significant delays or disruptions

Any manufacturer warranties on materials will be passed on to the Client.
Warranty claims must be reported to the Company within the warranty period and may not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors.

The Client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible worksite and obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals for the project.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing under the conditions outlined in the Project Contract.
The Client will be responsible for payment of any work completed or materials purchased up to the date of termination.
Any disputes between the Client and the Company will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the Project Contract.
If mediation or arbitration fails, disputes may be settled in accordance with the laws of the state of IL.
Any plans, designs, or other intellectual property created by the Company remain the property of 365 Home Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company respects the Client's privacy and will not share personal information without consent, except as required to complete the project or comply with legal obligations.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 365 Home Services, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Client's actions or failure to meet responsibilities under these Terms.
These Terms, along with the Project Contract, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
